Scicron ESD Product Range Summary
SciCron Technologies Llc USA, has developed a range of coatings which are applied to Acrylic, Polycarbonate, PVC and PETG sheet as well as a Polyester Film.
The coating range of products include static dissipative, abrasion resistant and antifog.
The coatings come in two grades, one for applications to flat sheet and a second range of formable coatings for applications requiring three dimensional shape.

The Scicron C330 and C350 coatings comply with the new European ATEX Standard which requires companies to protect their employees from the risk of atmospheric explosion caused by static sparks in susceptible environments such as coal, gas, petroleum, chemical or any explosive dust environments.
Because SciCron uses the latest technology to coat these products they are also able to ofer a custom coating service
which allows different coating grades to be applied to the alternate surfaces, for example it is possible to have the static dissipative coating on one side and either the hard coat or the antifog on the alternate surface.This maximises the performance of the sheet to the required application.
